What counts as a request?

One finished piece of work you can use: a flyer, a report, a logo revision, a screen, an integration step, an automation. Bigger projects get broken into requests, so you see progress every week instead of waiting on a big reveal.

How does it start?

Get your board, then tell us what's slowing you down. We break it into requests on a shared board. You set the order, and we work it from the top.

What kind of work fits?

Almost anything a capable team could take off your plate: software and integrations, websites, brand and graphic design, print and sales materials, automations and reports. If it can be broken into requests, it fits.

How does billing work?

Your board is $49 a month, scoping included. Each request you approve is billed with your next monthly charge, at the rate your monthly volume reaches. Nothing is billed until you approve it.

Do we need meetings?

One optional 15-minute kickoff after you sign up. After that, everything happens on your board, in writing, on your schedule. No sales calls, no status meetings.

What if it's not a fit?

We review every new board. If we're not the right fit, before or after scoping, you get a full refund.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. No long-term contracts, no minimums.
